Celebrating over 40 yrs.

TUITION
Tuition is due by the 5th of each month or a late fee of $10 will be added
to your account. We do not accept credit cards.  Checks or cash please.  
If child’s last name is different than what is printed on your check, please
put their name on the memo portion of the check.  NSF checks must be
replaced with cash or money order with a $25.00 service fee added.

PROPER ATTIRE
At this time it is mandatory that everyone have the proper shoes, and
clothing for their classes. PLEASE come to class dressed and use the
bathroom before you arrive. Classes are being interrupted due to this
problem!
*Hip Hop Attire: Black leotard, tan tights, black Capri pants and Hip Hop
Sneakers. (no sweat ants, shorts or t-shirts permitted)

PARKING LOT
We ask that when entering the parking lot everyone bear to the right and
continue around. Remember to proceed with caution there will be a lot of
children in the parking lot. As you may have noticed parking is difficult.
Carpooling would be an excellent idea. Please do not park in the marked
spaces that are designated for Sherwin Williams. Thank you!

DROP OFF and PICK UP
Students are not permitted to wait outside for parents. Please pull
around so your student can just get in your car.


Students are not permitted to walk to the pizza  shop without ADULT
supervision. They must also wear t-shirts and shorts!


OFFICE HOURS
Mon. – Thurs.: 5:30 – 9:00
Fri.: 5:30 – 8:00
Sat.: 9:00 – 12:00

DANCE TEAM SELECTION
Children are chosen by dedication, attendance, attitude, ability, being
properly dressed for all classes, desire to improve and to utilize
corrections, and a strong ballet background is extremely important!

CONCERNS
The Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Please leave cell
phones and cash at home.  Please contact the studio with any concerns
you may have.  Please do not call the staff at their homes. This is very
unprofessional!  Proper protocol is to contact the studio and your
concerns will be addressed.

COSTUME PAYMENT
PAYMENTS ARE DUE NOVEMBER 15, 2011
$65 Preschool students, $75 all others
